Detailed introduction:
With the continuous improvement of environmental protection requirements, many smoke purification treatment principles are now employed. The smoke is inhaled into an electrostatic smoke purifier by a fan, where some of the larger oil droplets and oil particles are captured due to mechanical collision and retention on the flow equalizing plate. When the airflow enters the high-voltage electrostatic field, under the action of the high-voltage electric field, the smoke gas is ionized, the oil droplets are charged, and most of them are degraded and carbonized;
Under the influence of its own gravity, it flows to the oil collection tray and is discharged through the oil drainage channel. The remaining micron-sized oil mist is degraded into carbon dioxide and water by the electric field, and finally, clean air is discharged;
Under the influence of a high-voltage generator, ozone is generated in the electric field, removing most of the odors from the flue gas.
