Detailed introduction:

       1. It is strictly prohibited to operate with insufficient battery power
It is strictly prohibited to store batteries in a depleted state. A depleted state refers to the condition where electric food trucks are not charged promptly after use. Storing batteries in a depleted state can easily lead to sulfation, where lead sulfate crystals adhere to the plates, blocking the ion channels, resulting in insufficient charging and a decrease in battery capacity. The longer electric food trucks remain idle in a depleted state, the more severe the battery damage becomes. Therefore, when the food delivery vehicles are not in use, they should be recharged once a month to better maintain the battery in a good state.

       2. Regular inspection

During use, if the electric vehicle's range suddenly drops significantly in a short period of time, it is highly likely that at least one battery in the battery pack is faulty. In this case, it is necessary to promptly visit the sales center or the dealer's repair department for inspection, repair, or battery reconfiguration. This can relatively extend the lifespan of the battery pack.

       3. Avoid high-current discharge

When starting, carrying passengers, or going uphill, electric food trucks should avoid stepping on the accelerator hard, which can cause instantaneous high-current discharge. High-current discharge can easily lead to the formation of lead sulfate crystals, thereby damaging the physical properties of the battery plates.
