Sheet metal
The chassis is made of GB Q235 (low carbon steel) hot-dip galvanized material, featuring uniform coating, corrosion resistance, and a service life 2-3 times longer than that of ungalvanized pipe materials. The thick-walled material ensures the load-bearing capacity of the vehicle chassis. The body is welded using galvanized sheet metal, combined with advanced sheet metal adhesive cold welding technology, resulting in minimal deformation of the welded exterior iron plates. The overall flatness is improved to within a tolerance of ±1.5 millimeters within 1 square meter, meeting the standards for locomotive sheet metal. When driving the power version iron plate vehicle, there is no vibration sound from the sheet metal, providing a very comfortable ride.
Car door and window
The doors and windows of the car are all made of customized tempered glass, laminated tempered glass, and curved tempered glass. Tempered glass refers to glass that has undergone strengthening treatment and possesses excellent mechanical properties, heat resistance, and shock resistance.
Battery installation
The large-capacity battery (120AH-300 type) developed by the company in collaboration with Far East Battery Factory, known as Shiji Baotuo, features stable voltage characteristics and can withstand hundreds of charge and discharge cycles. It is well-received in the battery industry and is a national premium brand of lead-acid batteries. The 120AH-300 type is specifically designed for street-scape store vehicles. Additionally, the company also uses batteries from major brands such as Chaowei and Tianneng.
